Sustainable developments for beautiful towns & villages

Our ethos

If a job is worth doing, it is worth doing well.

Our job is providing a conduit for homeowners to build a house that ideally meets their needs in outstanding towns and villages.

It has long been evident that there is no simple structured pathway for homeowners to follow, who want the opportunity to build their perfect home, tailored specifically to meet their needs: in essence, the house of their dreams.

There are a whole range of different house types offered by the national house-builders, but they are invariably located on large housing estates and none of them carry the stamp of individuality of a custom built home.

It is our objective to address this unrequited need by offering aspirant homeowners the opportunity to build that unique house that ideally suits them in a fabulous country setting; nestled in an intimate, friendly and secure community.

Our ethos is focused on perfecting the complete package; from sourcing the most attractive location and securing planning permission, to working with established partners to deliver serviced plots and support home owners through the customisation and build process - all with the aim of enabling the development of small clusters of high quality sustainable custom build homes that fit seamlessly into and enhance their surroundings.
